4-6 Week Cycle: Each week builds on the last for consistent progress.
Rec Strength focused session, think Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Pull Ups and Olympic Weightlifting. We include a warm up, Strength piece, Short Conditioning workout OR Strength Accessories along with some additional programmed work to compliment what we have already done in class.
Rec Fit Conditioning session based mainly around use of Concept 2 and Rogue Fitness machines along with bodyweight or dumbbell based movements. On Tuesdays we like to include Single Leg balance and Plyometric work and we'll generally finish with core-focused accessories.
Rec Strength Class available 530am and 600pm.
Gymnastics skills to enhance strength, endurance, and body control. For anyone looking to improve their physique along with upper body strength and awareness.
Rec Strength Room class available 6pm.
Strength session focused on Powerlifting or Weightlifting, emphasizing technique and progressive overload. This session is dedicated purely to Strength training, we often program some single modality erg endurance work as extra on Thursdays for those that still need to work on their engine.
Upper body strength session, lower intensity conditioning, and accessory work.
Rec Strength Room class available 530am.
Team-based training to develop skills and support long-term progress. On Saturdays we really turn the intensity up and this is the perfect session to get you outside of your comfort zone.
Rec Strength Room class available 630am.
CrossFit session with a strength component and a high-intensity Met-Con.
